Use of THOX.ai trademarks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Trade Secret Protection
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of any THOX.ai technology, software, or hardware design is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

REVERSE ENGINEERING PROHIBITED
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data structures, or underlying ideas of any THOX.ai hardware, software, or technology. This prohibition applies to all THOX.ai products, including but not limited to: ThoxOS™ operating system, MagStack™ clustering technology, MeshStack™ inference-fabric software, AI model implementations, firmware, and hardware designs.
Violation of this prohibition may result in termination of your license, civil liability, and criminal prosecution under applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

All content, documentation, software, specifications, and materials on this website are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

The ThoxOS™ software, including its architecture, design, source code, object code, algorithms, data structures, user interface, APIs, and all associated documentation, is proprietary and confidential information of THOX.ai LLC. This software is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, trade secret laws, and other intellectual property laws.
NOTICE: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, public performance, reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or creation of derivative works from ThoxOS™ is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract or derive source code or underlying algorithms from ThoxOS™ binary code is expressly forbidden and may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
