Private AI fabric

One private AI fabric across your devices.

Pair your devices. Run AI together. Coordinator never sees plaintext.

How it works

iOS · Android · macOS · Windows

MeshStack hero scene: Private device-to-device AI. Three phones display on-device identity, mesh overview, and live throughput, with download CTAs for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

Privacy contract

Four invariants we will not break.

MeshStack is a private AI fabric — not a general-purpose tunnel. Every claim below is enforceable against the page you’re reading.

Coordinator never sees plaintext

Weights, prompts, activations, KV cache, agent state, and files never leave the mesh in plaintext.

Keys live on your devices

WireGuard private keys are device-local. No cloud key custody. No cloud key backup. No THOX-mediated recovery.

Off-LAN traffic stays ciphertext

Off-LAN relay carries encrypted traffic only. Relay and cellular behavior is disclosed before you turn it on.

Works offline on LAN

After pairing, your mesh runs offline on your LAN. Coordinator is used for first-time pairing and registry.

How it works

Four steps from install to a working mesh.

One identity. One pairing flow. One private fabric across every paired device.

Step 01

Create your private identity

Generate an identity on-device. Keys are sealed locally and never uploaded. The Coordinator only ever knows your public registry record.

Scene 1: a phone shows the MeshStack identity screen — a cryptographic identity generated on-device and never uploaded, surrounded by callouts for on-device identity, no cloud key custody, private by default, and secure by design.
Step 02

Pair a trusted device

Approve the device with a mutual fingerprint exchange. Both ends verify the match before anything is added to your mesh.

Scene 2: two phones complete a one-time QR pairing — one generates a code, the other scans to join the private mesh.
Step 03

Connect your private mesh

Your devices form one fabric over the WireGuard protocol. On LAN, traffic is direct. Off-LAN, the relay carries ciphertext only.

Scene 3: a tablet, laptop, Nova, and phone connect through an encrypted private mesh, with role and topology labels for inference nodes and origin device.
Step 04

Run ThoxOS, monitor inference

Open ThoxOS on any paired device to inspect peers, current model, shard layout, and live token throughput across your mesh.

Scene 4: a phone and a Windows laptop show the MeshStack monitor — live throughput as — tok/s, mesh status, active devices, and distributed inference state.

Architecture

Distributed inference inside an encrypted private mesh.

Each paired device gets a role — Origin, Lead Device, Inference Node, or Anchor. Traffic between roles travels over the WireGuard protocol. The cloud is used for first-time pairing and registry only.

MeshStack architecture diagram: phones, MacBook, desktop, and Nova nodes connect through an encrypted private mesh using the WireGuard protocol, with labels covering on-device identity, end-to-end encryption, and distributed inference.

Device demos

Same fabric. Five platform UIs.

One private mesh, one identity. Pick a platform, then launch a fully interactive mockup in a ThoxOS-style window — close, minimize, and maximize behave the way you expect.

iOS · Origin or Inference Node

iPhone

  • Identity sealed on-device · Face ID gate before pairing.
  • Pair from QR or short code, then run inference on LAN.
  • Live mesh status from the lock screen widget.

Apps

Same mesh. Four apps.

Install on any device you already own. We’ll email you when each store listing goes live.

Subscription

Pick a tier. Stay private.

Tiers gate device count, model class ceiling, and off-LAN relay quota. They never change the privacy invariants above.

FAQ

Six honest answers.

Weights, prompts, activations, KV cache, agent state, and files. The Coordinator never sees plaintext for any of these.
