Craig Ross
CEO
Craig is a proven operations and technology business entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business development, general management, and successful software product launches. He is a strong leader, motivator, and communicator who remains closely aligned with customers and builds trusted, long-term relationships. For 12 years, Craig served as President and COO of a software product company that successfully deployed solutions globally across Enterprise, Government, and SMB customers for a major Tier 1 OEM. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles including VP & GM, VP of Sales, National Accounts Manager, and Owner & Managing Partner, consistently driving new market development and recurring SaaS revenue growth. Craig is also the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of NeuralQuantum.ai, VibeCaaS, Tunaas.ai, and NeuroEquality LLC, where he spearheads product development and product management across advanced AI, quantum-inspired systems, scalable infrastructure, and agentic AI platforms. He leads product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery, translating complex innovations into scalable, market-ready solutions while overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through enterprise adoption. Craig majored in Computer Science and Finance at CSU and resides in Austin, Texas with his family.

Tommy brings over 20 years of technology industry experience, specializing in artificial intelligence advancement through quantum computing integration, scalable infrastructure, and agentic AI platforms. At NeuralQuantum.ai, he leads development of the Neural Quantum Language Model (NQLM), a domain-optimized foundation model leveraging quantum principles to enhance AI reasoning and performance. As Co-Founder of Tunaas.ai, he architects personalized AI platforms with secure, privacy-conscious infrastructure for fine-tuning and inference pipelines. At VibeCaaS, he serves as Co-Founder, Chief AI Officer, and Chief Quantum Systems Officer, driving AI-powered end-to-end development that enables building software from domain registration to multi-cloud deployment. Through NeuroEquality LLC, he advocates for neurodiverse innovation and equitable access to emerging technologies. His focus remains consistent across ventures: pushing boundaries in optimization, reasoning, and automation while ensuring intelligent systems remain secure, explainable, and accessible.
