ThoxOS and ThoxInux: An Evidence-Bounded Architecture for a Local-First AI Operating System

Preprint, not peer reviewed. Builds on the 0.2.0-review draft: fixes ThoxInux as the architecture of record, tests the entitlement contract as executable properties (a shared-secret token is forgeable by any verifier; a public-key token is not), simulates the A/B update contract under injected faults, reads the Linux-ABI ledger at the ThoxInux pin against a traced agent loop, and computes the kernel-model memory budget from the model cards. No ThoxInux boot, device, model inference or security assessment was executed.
